Perkembangan program Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Milling menggunakan simulasi sangat membantu proses pembuatan suatu produk dalam mengurangi kesalahan operator dan yang dibuat sesuai dengan gambar tekniknya. Mesin CNC bekerja untuk memotong membuat benda kerja merujuk ke 3 sumbu yaitu X, Y Z. Kesalahan pemasukan berupa pemosisian Y, Z dapat menyebabkan karakteristik geometrik tidak tercapai (bentuk, dimensi, posisi kekasaran permukaan.) Kombinasi CAD/CAM mendukung memiliki ketelitian ketepatan desain sehingga geometric dipenuhi. diminimalkan melakukan pengerjaan tersebut seperti kode-kode pemotongan pada mesin (kode G M). Program digunakan adalah Mastercam , swansoft simulation (SSNC) lainnya. Penggunaan ini mempermudah mempersingkat waktu akan mendesain CAD dilanjutkan serta menginput MCU Milling. Dalam paper focus Swansoft ( SSCNC ) milling dimensi diameter luar 170, 16 mm 160,16 material dural. Dimana hasil dibandingkan Leadwell V-30 . Waktu pemesinan secara teoritis 10,61 menit. Dari didapatkan waktunya 9,53 menit 10,56 eksperimen. Dengan listing sama antara selisih sebesar 0,09
